Frequently asked questions

What is an OopBuy Spreadsheet?

It is a product discovery website with category links and buying guidance. Here, Spreadsheet describes a browsable directory of finds, not a downloadable table or an ordering account.

Can I order on OopBuy Haul Spreadsheet?

No. Search and category links help you discover products. Read the underlying listing and use the agent’s official website for ordering, payment, warehouse services and shipping.

Why can two listings of the same item cost different amounts?

They may have different specifications, variants, sellers or included services. Compare the actual listing and evidence instead of assuming the cheaper listing is identical.

Does a QC photo prove an item is authentic?

No. A warehouse photo can show visible details of the item received. It does not establish authenticity, long-term durability or hidden construction.

What do QC, GL, RL and haul mean?

QC is quality control, commonly warehouse photographs in this context. GL and RL mean green light and red light: community shorthand for a personal judgment. A haul is a group of purchases, often prepared for a combined shipment.

How do I choose a size?

Use garment or item measurements rather than the label alone. Compare them with something that fits you and check which measuring method the seller used.

Is the exchange rate in the calculator live?

No. The calculator uses the rate you enter. Replace the example with the payable conversion rate from your provider and account for any fees.

Can I return an item after viewing QC?

It depends on the seller and the agent’s current terms, timing and item. Ask while the item is still at the warehouse, before requesting international dispatch.

Why is international shipping a separate charge?

The final parcel is assembled after the purchased items arrive. Its packed size, weight, contents, destination and route can affect the charge.

Where do I resolve an OopBuy order issue?

Use the support options inside your OopBuy account or on its official website. This independent guide cannot view your order or change a parcel.

Are there guaranteed coupon savings here?

No. We do not publish a discount without current terms that can be checked. Treat promotion eligibility and final payable prices as account-specific information.

Are all products suitable for every shipping route?

No. Check the current eligibility rules for the contents and destination, especially liquids, batteries and oversized items, before purchasing.

SELLERS, SITES & AGENTS

How to choose a seller you can evaluate

Look for a specific product description, clear variant choices, useful measurements and evidence tied to the exact item. Read recent buyer feedback for recurring problems, not just the average rating.

Keep communication and transaction records. If a seller’s description contradicts the photos or you cannot tell which version is offered, clarify the mismatch before paying.

Start with a manageable order when trying an unfamiliar seller. A very low price or a confident recommendation is not a substitute for knowing what is included.

DISCOVERY SITES

What makes a useful Spreadsheet site?

A useful directory gives you a clear path to a real listing and enough context to decide what to inspect next. Categories should make sense, links should resolve and the site should distinguish its own advice from seller claims.

Be cautious with untraceable “best quality” promises, invented stock counts or pages that reuse the same praise for every item. Check when information was reviewed and whether specific claims link to a source.

Our advantage is a connected path through discovery, the official workflow, QC and budgeting. We do not claim to test every product or operate the warehouse.

COMPARE THE TERMS

How to choose an agent for your order

Check whether the agent accepts the product category, offers a usable payment method and has eligible routes to your destination. Read the current rules for inspection, returns, storage and service charges.

Compare published terms and a route quote for the same parcel assumptions. Separate the agent’s fees from shipping, payment conversion and destination charges.

A service that works for someone else’s destination or product mix may not fit yours. If a critical requirement is unclear, get it resolved before depositing money.
