What these services cover

The 90-day free storage period starts when an eligible order is marked received. Abnormal or unmatched parcels have different terms. Delivery protection depends on the route, claim requirements and exclusions.

“1:1 Quality Inspection” describes the inspection service; it is not an authenticity certification. Read the inspection scope and storage terms. Check OopBuy’s protection statement for the conditions that apply to your shipment.

No. OopBuy Haul Spreadsheet is an independent discovery and learning site. Your purchases, payments and parcel requests take place with the seller or agent.

Are the listed prices the full delivered cost?

Treat a listing price as a starting point. The payable variant price, domestic delivery, service options and international shipment can change the total.

What should I check before shipping?

Confirm the item, size, color and visible condition in the warehouse photos. Ask about anything unclear while the item is still at the warehouse.
